What data we process

Simply browsing this site requires no data from you: we install no tracking cookies and no analytics that identify you.

If you redeem a voucher through this site, we store only your name, phone number, voucher code and the date and time you choose, in order to manage that visit and keep track of the day’s places. We do not ask for your email, because we send no email notifications. This data is held by Supabase, acting as data processor, on servers in the European Union.

We neither check nor store anything else about your voucher: its validity is verified by BonosVip through their own app when you present it at the café.

If you book a table, the data you enter is processed by the DISH booking system (Metro Markets GmbH), acting as data processor, solely to manage your booking.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we process the data you provide in order to answer your query.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is performance of the booking or redemption you request, and your consent in the case of enquiries. Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the visit and thereafter for any applicable legal periods.

We do not pass this data to third parties, nor use it to send you marketing.

Cookies

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The maps and the booking system load from external services that may set their own cookies when you interact with them; that only happens on the pages where they appear.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to cafedemanuelaadm@gmail.com or calling 682 647 492. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
